      N11 Marketplace Integration

      This native integration with N11 enables order, catalog and inventory synchronization seamless.

      1. Overview

      What this integration does

      The N11 integration connects your N11 Marketplace store with Omniful so that:

      • Orders created through N11 automatically sync to Omniful for processing.

      • Inventory availability maintained in Omniful can be synced to N11.

      • You can configure hub mapping, order status mapping, directly from Omniful.

      2. Prerequisites

      2.1 Sales Channel prerequisites

      You will be required to obtain the following details from N11 Store:

      • Store Name

      • API Key

      • API Secret

      To obtain the above, Login to your N11 Store and visit My Account > API Accounts. 1.png Click Create New Account to generate your API Key. Your API Secret will be sent to your registered email address. 2.png

      3. Integration Methods and Setup

      3.1 Connect N11 store in Omniful

      Once you have the required details:

      1. In Omniful, go to: Settings → Apps & Integration→ Sales Channel Apps / Stores.

      2. Select Seller and choose N11 from the marketplace section

      3. Click Add Store 3.png

      4. Enter all required information in the respective input fields. Click Integrate to complete the setup process. 4.png

      4. Omniful Configuration

      Once the store is connected, configure how data flows between N11 and Omniful.

      4.1 Store-level settings

      Depending on your requirements, you can enable:

      • Order Sync – Automatically fetch orders from N11 to Omniful.

      • Catalog Sync – Fetch catalog (SKUs) from N11 into Omniful.

      • Inventory Sync – Push available inventory from Omniful hubs to N11.

      4.2 Hub Mapping

      Configure how N11 orders are routed to Omniful hubs:

      • Map Omniful Hubs to the hubs configured in N11. 6.png

      4.3 Order status mapping

      Order Status Mapping defines how N11 statuses and Omniful statuses stay in sync:

      • Sales Channel Mapping – Map incoming N11 order statuses (e.g., UnSupplied, Created) to internal Omniful order lifecycle stages (e.g., New, Ready for Picking).

      • Workspace Order Mapping – Define which outgoing Omniful shipment/order statuses should be pushed back to N11. (for example, when the order is Rejected or Cancelled).

      Note: ensure N11 order statuses (such as UnSupplied and Created) are configured correctly—otherwise new orders may not sync to Omniful. Likewise, if the cancelled status is not mapped, cancelled orders will not sync back to N11.

      5. Data and Sync Behaviour

      5.1 Orders

      Which orders sync

      • All orders for the mapped hubs will sync to Omniful.

      • Only orders with the mapped order statuses will be visible in Omniful

      • Orders may take up to 30 minutes to appear in Omniful, as Orders are synced every 30 minutes.

      5.2 Catalog

      • Seller’s N11 store Catalog (Active SKUs) with valid SKU code is fetched automatically to Omniful when Catalog Sync is enabled.

      • Omniful fetches SKUs once a day so you can see and use them for order & fulfillment processes in Omniful.

      5.3 Inventory

      • Omniful automatically pushes and maintains inventory level on the N11 store when Inventory Sync is enabled.

      5.4 Cancellations

      • Cancellations – When ‘Automated Order Cancellation On Sales Channel’ is enabled, canceling an order in Omniful triggers an automatic cancellation on N11, keeping both systems aligned.

      5.4 Shipment

      • Shipments are always created at N11, and shipment details are fetched once the order reaches the picked state in Omniful.

      • N11 provides Cargo Tracking Number and then physical AWB label can be generated in Omniful .

      Note: For shipment to be created at N11, make sure that the Omniful Picked order status is mapped with N11 picked state.

      6. FAQs

      Q: My N11 orders are not appearing in Omniful. What should I check?

      A: If orders are not syncing, verify the following:

      • Order Sync is enabled in Store-Level Settings.

      • The order’s N11 status is mapped under Sales Channel Mapping (e.g., N11 → Created → Omniful New).

      • The order belongs to a N11 hub that is mapped to an Omniful hub.

      Q: Why are cancellations from Omniful not reflecting on N11?

      A: For Omniful → N11 cancellations to sync back:

      • “Automated Order Cancellation on Sales Channel” must be enabled.

      Q: Who is the inventory master?

      A: Omniful is the inventory master. Enabling Inventory Sync pushes available stock from Omniful to N11.

      Q: When are shipment details for an order fetched from N11?

      A: Shipment details are fetched once an order reaches the Picked state in Omniful.

      Q: What happens if shipment details cannot be fetched automatically for an N11 order?

      A: Once the order is in the “Packed” state, you can manually create a shipment for N11 orders in Omniful by using the Create Shipment button in the order details section. After creation, Omniful will automatically fetch the shipment information from N11 and update the order accordingly.

      Q: Can Omniful’s integrated shipping partners be used to manually create shipments for N11 orders?

      A: No, you cannot create a manual shipment for N11 orders using Omniful’s integrated shipping partners. Here’s why:

      • Shipments for N11 orders are always created by the sales channel (N11).

      • Omniful fetches the shipment details from N11 once the order reaches the Picked state.

      • N11 provides the Cargo Tracking Number, which you can use to manually generate an AWB label within Omniful, but Omniful itself cannot create the shipment in N11.

      Q: How are AWB labels generated for N11 orders?

      A: You can manually create a AWB Label for N11 orders in Omniful using the Create Shipment button in the order N11 does not provide AWB labels, it only provides Cargo Tracking Number. So, you must generate AWB labels manually in Omniful using the same Cargo Tracking Number. 8.png
