Adds a new rule in the Create Shipment Automation to support shipment creation when an order reaches the "Packed" status. Centralizes config previously at Hub level.

Summary
We’ve introduced a new condition in the Create Shipment Automation Rules that allows automatic shipment creation once an order is marked as Packed.
Previously, the automation supported shipment creation only up to the In Packing status.
Additionally, the Auto Create Shipment after Packing configuration, which was earlier available at the Hub level, can now be managed directly from this rule configuration. This setting has been removed from the Hub configuration to ensure centralized control.
How It Works
- Path: Go to Settings → Automation Rules → Create Shipment.

- Add a rule with the condition:
- Order Status equals Packed
- Hub = selected hub(s) or All Hubs

- When orders reach Packed status, Omniful automatically creates a shipment based on your defined conditions.
- The Auto Create Shipment after Packing setting is now managed directly within this rule and is no longer found in Hub-level settings.

Before / After
Before:
- Shipment automation supported only up to In Packing
- "Auto Create Shipment after Packing" was configured per Hub

After:
- Now supports Packed status
- Configuration is centralized within Automation Rules
Technical Details
- Scope: Automation now supports the Packed status. Users can manage all shipment automation rules centrally.
- Trigger: Typical rule is
Order Status = Packed; Hub filter supported (All or specific hubs).
