Pending Putaway Items Report
A report that provides a consolidated view of all pending putaway inventory in a hub, with ageing visibility to ensure timely putaway.
Objective / Benefit
The objective of this report is to provide a consolidated view of all items pending putaway in a hub. It enables operations and inventory teams to clearly see which inventory is awaiting putaway and the duration for which it has been pending. By consolidating pending putaway from multiple sources into a single view with putaway ageing, the report supports timely movement of inventory to the appropriate storage locations.
The report includes pending putaway from:
- Cancelled Item Putaway
- GRN Pending Putaway
- Inventory Adjustment Putaway
- Assembled Item Putaway
- Produced Item Putaway
Report Columns

| Hub Name | Name of the hub where the putaway is pending. |
| Hub Code | Unique hub identifier in the system. |
| Seller Name | Name of the seller owning the inventory. |
| Seller Code | Unique seller identifier. |
| SKU Name | SKU name as defined in catalog. |
| SKU Code | Unique SKU code in the system. |
| SKU QC Type | QC type of the SKU. |
| Batch Number | Batch number of the SKU. |
| Quantity | Units pending putaway. |
| Putaway Source | Source from which the pending putaway was generated. |
| Putaway Source ID | Reference ID of the source of pending putaway. |
| Container Barcode | Bin or Pallet barcode associated with the putaway. |
| Putaway Created Date | Date and time when the pending putaway record was created. |
| Putaway Ageing (In Days) | Number of days since Putaway Created Date. |
Technical Details
- Putaway ageing is calculated in days based on the Putaway Created Date for each pending putaway record.
- Putaway Source and Putaway Source ID together provide traceability back to the originating workflow record.
- For location-off hubs, the report output omits non-applicable fields to avoid showing irrelevant columns.
