Productivity Report — GRN & Return GRN Actions
Enhancement to the Productivity Report adds tracking of GRN and Return GRN actions per hour across all hubs, improving inbound operations analysis.

Summary
We’re enhancing the Productivity Report by adding GRN (Goods Received Note) and Return GRN actions to better track the user performance across inbound operations. The report now:
- Includes Items Received (GRN) and Items Received (Return GRN) actions performed by users.
- Captures data directly from WMS through action-based tracking for improved accuracy and insights.
- Aggregates GRN-related events on an hourly basis, providing comprehensive productivity visibility across all hubs.
This enhancement enables more comprehensive reporting of inbound operations, allowing better analysis of user efficiency — measured as the number of items processed per hour in GRN and Return GRN by each user.
How it Works
Flow
Open the Productivity Report from the Workforce Productivity Reports section in the Reports module. Select the required Hub, User, Action Type, and Date Range to view the desired information.
What You’ll See
- Two new action metrics: Items Received (GRN) and Items Received (Return GRN).
- Hourly buckets per hub and user that summarize received-item counts from WMS events.
Technical Details
- Event Source: Omniful WMS (action-based tracking).
- Aggregation Window: 1 hour; actions are grouped into hourly buckets.
- Scope: All hubs are included for consistent network-wide visibility.
