Summary

This enhancement expands the existing Serialisation Report to provide complete visibility into On Hand serialised inventory within the hub. In addition to standard serialised inventory details, the report now includes comprehensive QC-related details for serialised items, enabling users to clearly identify inventory status and take appropriate actions within the hub.

How It Works

Enhanced Visibility of QC Details

The report now shows all serialised inventory units currently On Hand across the selected hub(s). With this enhancement, the following additional QC-related columns are captured for serialised inventory:

• SKU QC Type (Pass, Fail, Expired)
• Fail Reason
• QC Last Updated During
• QC Event ID
• QC Performed By
• QC Updated On

Note: Supported filters include Hub, Seller, Seller SKU, QC Type, and QC Last Updated During to help users narrow down the live report output based on their requirements.

Key Value

• Enhances the existing Serialisation Report to provide deeper visibility into serialised inventory that is currently On Hand in the selected hub or hubs.
• Provides enhanced visibility into QC details for all serialised inventory, including QC type, the activity during which QC was last updated, the user who performed the action, and the QC update timestamp.
• For units marked as QC Failed, the report additionally surfaces the corresponding failure reason.
• Keeps the report aligned to live inventory updates so users always see the latest available serialisation status.

Technical Details

The report remains available under Reports → Inventory Reports and continues to function as a live, same-day report.

Data is generated dynamically based on the latest inventory state, and each row represents one serialised item currently On Hand in the hub.
