Shopify POS Fulfilled Orders Sync
Version: V 1.1
Owner: Sales Channel Product Team
Summary
A Shopify POS order is an order created using Shopify Point of Sale (POS), Shopify’s in-store selling system for physical retail locations.
Omniful supports syncing Shopify POS orders that are marked as Fulfilled in Shopify for an integrated Shopify store. These orders are automatically created in Omniful with a Delivered status.
In addition, return orders created via Shopify POS are also synced. Inventory updates in Omniful follow the return behavior selected in Shopify, ensuring alignment between systems and accurate stock levels.
How It Works
- Navigate to Settings → Sales Channels → Shopify → Store Config
- Enable Shopify POS Orders Sync
- Save the configuration

Once enabled:
- Any Shopify POS order marked as Fulfilled in Shopify is automatically created in Omniful with Delivered status
- Shopify POS return orders are synced automatically
- If the return is created with restock from POS, inventory is increased in Omniful
- If the return is created without restock from POS, no inventory update is performed
Notes & Limitations
- Applicable only to Shopify POS orders
- Only orders marked as Fulfilled in Shopify are eligible for sync
- Synced orders are created directly as Delivered (no New, Packed, or Shipped states)
- Return sync behavior depends on the restock option selected in Shopify POS
