Warehouse Order Item Report Enhancement – Failed Quantity in Packing
Adds a Failed Quantity column to the Warehouse Order Item Report to improve visibility into quantities that fail during packing.
Enhancement: Failed Quantity Column
A new column, Failed Quantity, has been added next to Packed Quantity in the Warehouse Order Item Report. This column directly displays the quantity that failed during packing for each order item.
Previously, users had no clear visibility into QC failures during order packing. With this enhancement, the report now explicitly displays failed SKU quantities, eliminating the need for manual calculations and enabling more accurate tracking of packing QC outcomes at the SKU level.

| HUB | Name of the hub associated with the order. |

| ORDERED QUANTITY | Quantity ordered for the SKU. |
| PICKED QUANTITY | Quantity picked for the SKU. |
| PACKED QUANTITY | Quantity packed for the SKU. |
| FAILED QUANTITY | Quantity that failed during packing. |
| PACKING STATION ID | Identifier of the packing station where the order item was packed. |
| ORDER RECEIVING TIME | Date and time when the order was received. |
| ORDER AVAILABLE FOR PICKING | Date and time when the order became available for picking. |
| PICKED TIME | Date and time when the SKU was picked. |
| CONSOLIDATED TIME | Date and time when the order was consolidated completely. |
| PACKED TIME | Date and time when the SKU was packed. |
| READY TO SHIP TIME | Date and time when the order was marked ready to ship. |
| SHIPPED TIME | Date and time when the order was shipped. |
| DELIVERED TIME | Date and time when the order was delivered. |
| PACKED SKUS CBM | Total CBM of the packed SKU quantity. |
| PICKED SKUS CBM | Total CBM of the picked SKU quantity. |
